Reynolds, John Hugh and David Yancey Thomas. History of the University of Arkansas (University of Arkansas, Fayetteville: 1910). This first history of the university goes into great administrative detail and nearly two-fifths of the book comprises biographies of administrators, members of the boards of trustees and faculty members. It includes 120 illustrations, about 20 of which are campus scenes and the rest of individual administrators and faculty. Reynolds and Thomas were professors of history at the university. The call number in Mullins is LD233 .R4.

Historic Homes of Fayetteville
- In 1951, Walter J. Lemke photographed a dozen homes in Fayetteville that he considered historic and made it a baker's dozen by adding a picture and description of the Masonic Hall. Although most of the buildings are still standing, several have since been torn down.
University Buildings
- The first history of the University of Arkansas included more than a dozen photos of the campus as it appeared just after the turn of the century. Most of the buildings are no longer standing, and nearly all of those that do remain are used in new capacities.
